Dato´ Jamelah Jamaluddin was appointed as PMB Tijari Board of Director. She holds a Diploma in Business Studies, a BBA degree in Finance from Western Michigan University, USA and a Masters in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, USA.

Dato´ Jamelah served as the Managing Director of Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Labuan Berhad from March 2013 to September 2013. She was  the Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad from February 2010 to March 2013. She also served RHB Islamic Bank Berhad as Managing Director from August 2007 to January 2010.

YBhg. Dato' Ahmad Nazim Rahman is Group CEO of Pelaburan Mara Berhad, overseeing the Group’s direct investment, fund management and operational activities. He has been involved in investments and fundraising activities across various industries and has undertaken acquisitions of both listed and unlisted commercial entities and real estate assets and projects across the region. He was previously CEO of a regional telecommunication group and had served as President Director of its Indonesian subsidiary, responsible for the group’s telecommunication infrastructure business in the region.

He currently sits on the Board of Directors of National Bank of Abu Dhabi (M) Berhad and serves as its Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and the Remuneration Committee. He is also a member of the board of UDA Holdings Berhad, a Government-owned urban development company.

Nazim started his career in law and corporate finance and had worked with leading firms in Kuala Lumpur and London and with Securities Commission of Malaysia. He had advised financial institutions and corporations on various aspects of corporate finance, crossborder financing, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring activities.

A keen observer of international affairs, he was the 2011 International Fellow at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies, Washington, DC and a Fulbright scholar at Georgetown University where he obtained his Master of Laws.

Dato’ Hj Abd Rahim bin Dato’ Hashim graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth (United Kingdom) at 1979. 

Previously, Dato’ start his career with civil engineering in year 1987 followed by Principals of Institut Kemahiran Malaysia (IKM) at Kelantan. Later than Dato’ was appointed as various key person position in number of public civil engineering sector. To be short, Dato’ have an extensive of more than 27 years of experience in public engineering sectors.

Dato’ Hj Abd Rahim was also active with numbers of high standard of courses and he is currently served as MARA Senior Director in Education Division.

 



Ahmed Abdul Khalid

Ahmed Abdul Khalid, a Malaysian, is the Regional Head of Coverage and Partnership for Asia at the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of South Australia, Adelaide and is a member of the Australian Society of CPA as well as Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He joined ICD at its headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 2007, before moving to Kuala Lumpur to head its regional office which was set up in 2011. He was responsible for setting up investment companies and financial institutions in several member countries in Asia and the Commonwealth of Independent States as well as advisory on relevant legislation amendments. He also sits on the Board of Directors and is an audit committee member for both Maldives Islamic Bank and Asian ReTakaful (L) Ltd.

He was previously with International Bank Malaysia Berhad before joining Malaysian Plantations Berhad (now known as Alliance Financial Holding Berhad) as the assistant to the financial controller. He later joined Alliance Investment Bank Berhad's Corporate Finance and Capital Market Division.

Deputy Director-General of Management Services at Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA)

(48 years of age- Malaysian) Bachelor in Business Administration and also Master in Business Administration graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi.

Azhar B Abdul Manaf has an extensive of 26 years’ experience in the economic and entrepreneurship industries. He started his career with MARA as the economic affairs assistant at Kota Bharu region and continuously serves with MARA as officers and promoted to various of key position at several department at MARA.

Azhar B Abdul Manaf was best being described as an expert in term of economic view and development of markets. He is currently appointed as the Director of Pembangunan Usahawan Sector at the Headquarters of MARA.



Mr. Ibrahim Ali Shoukry

Mr. Ibrahim Shoukry is the Resident Representative and Director for the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Group office in Jakarta, Indonesia. He is responsible for all of the IDB Group affairs in the country, including public and private sector operations with a portfolio of over USD4.0 billion. Formerly he was a Director at ICD, leading the financing and investment operations and managing over USD700.0 million of diversified equity investments, project finance, and corporate finance.

 

Mr. Shoukry holds MBA in Banking and Finance from Maastricht School of Management and holds a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. He is a former member of the several boards of directors including a real estate company in Saudi Arabia, a sugar company in Egypt, a dairy products company in Egypt, a cement company in Sudan, a leasing company in Albania and recently the Chairman of the Board of a leasing company in Tajikistan. He has over 23 years of experience in the banking, financing, and advisory related servrces.

 

Prior to joining the Islamic Development Bank Group, he worked at KPMG Egypt as a senior manager heading the corporate finance and advisory functions for the country's top blue-chips in different sectors
